Praveen Nair is the founder and director of JAYA Chiropractic and a graduate of IMU, with over eight years of experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he has a strong interest in enhancing athletic performance through chiropractic care. Certified as an Advanced Level Practitioner in Dry Needling, Praveen integrates this technique into his treatments for more effective outcomes.

He has worked with professional athletes, gaining valuable insight into the physical demands of sports. His approach focuses on patient education, evidence-based care, and personalised recovery plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Under his leadership, JAYA Chiropractic is known for delivering quality care in a welcoming environment.

Outside of work, Praveen enjoys a good cup of coffee with dessert and values time spent with his family.
